During a routine inspection
All of the six patients with whom we spoke gave us positive feedback about the practice. One of them said, my dentist explains everything to me in detail, he is brilliant.' Another patient said, 'I don't mind going to this dentist at all, I always receive lovely smiles from the staff, they always put me at ease'.
People who use the service were protected from unsafe and unsuitable equipment as the practice had systems in place to check and maintain their equipment. This was supported by programmes to assess and monitor the quality of the service that people receive.
