During a routine inspection
Care and treatment records were up-to date and reflected each time a person had attended the practice for treatment.Records were available to demonstrate that people were asked about their current health and medication.
Safeguarding policies to protect children and vulnerable adults were in place and staff had undertaken training. Information was available for staff and people attending the practice informing them of how to safeguard people from abuse and raise a concern.
Cleanliness and infection prevention was well managed and people attending the practice were not exposed to the risks of cross infection.
The practice had an effective system in place to deal with complaints people might raise. Information was available for people attending the practice informing them of how to raise a concern and also how to comment on the service received.
