During a routine inspection
They told us: "the dentist explains everything and shows me what they are going to do first", "It is normally very easy to get an appointment and the dentist is lovely and caring" and "I can't say anything bad about the place, I have never had any trouble, they are always so caring."
We saw evidence people were provided with information on their treatment options and asked for their consent before examination or treatment.
We found the provider had taken appropriate steps which ensured the care and welfare of people who used the service and arrangements were in place to deal with medical emergencies.
We found the provider had suitable infection prevention and control protocols in place and staff had a good understanding of decontamination procedures.
