During a routine inspection

We were only able to talk with one person during our inspection. They told us it was only their second visit to the surgery but on both visits they had found the staff, friendly, respectful and polite. They said their treatment options and the costs were explained to them so that they could make an informed decision about dental care and treatment.

However we were able to look at the people's feedback for 2011 and saw most of the feedback was positive. One persons feedback stated 'I would change nothing it is perfect'.
