During a routine inspection
Patient's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan. There were arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies. We saw that the practice had emergency drugs and oxygen available which may be needed to deal with any medical emergencies should they arise.
The provider had taken steps to provide care in an environment that was suitably designed and adequately maintained. The design, layout and security of the premises were fit for purpose and met the needs of patients who received care and treatment at the practice.
The practice had policy procedures in place to deal with complaints. Details of procedures for making comments and complaints were supplied to patients using the practice in the practice leaflets and the practice website. One person told us that they would be extremely surprised if there were any formal complaints as the treatment they received was consistently good.
