During a routine inspection
We spoke with six people who had used the service. They were all positive about the service they had received. Comments included:
"They are extremely friendly and extremely interested for you as a patient to participate."
"I am a complete fan of Modus - they are first rate."
"It is the only dentist I have recommended to friends."
All the people we spoke with told us that their treatments were explained to them. Records demonstrated that people were involved in making choices about their treatment options.
People we spoke with told us that everything in the practice always looked clean and tidy. One person told us, "It is absolutely spotless." We looked at cleanliness and infection control and were assured the practice was meeting good standards.
We were told the staff were welcoming and friendly. Staff received a range of training to ensure their knowledge remained up to date.
We saw the service had good systems in place to ensure people received a quality service.
