Archived: Apex Dental Care - Eastleigh

At this inspection we looked at the records of five patients who use the practice. We also spoke with the practice manager who was able to explain the improvements that had been made. We found that documentation was completed appropriately and in line with each patient's individual treatment plan. Records were kept securely and could be located promptly when needed and were accurate and fit for purpose.

We found that record keeping had inconsistencies and have told the provider to address this matter.
