During a routine inspection
People told us they felt respected by staff and were fully involved in the decisions about their dental care and treatment.
We asked people if they would recommend the service to others. One person replied, 'Oh yes, but no one has asked me.' Another person said, 'Yes, I think I would it's the staff and the treatment that is important.'
People told us that staff kept the reception/waiting room, toilet and clinical areas clean and tidy. One person told us, 'It's never been dirty when I've been here.' Two people commented on the standard of d'cor in the waiting room. One person said they felt it was, 'In need of a lick of paint,' where a second person described it as, 'Quite scruffy.' Staff told us that people's comments would be taken into consideration, as part of their on going refurbishment plan.
