During a routine inspection
People who used the practice told us that they were happy with the quality of treatment they received. One person told us: "I could not be happier about the standard of care that I receive". People felt they were given enough information about their treatment options and were able to ask any questions that they wanted to. One person told us that: "Everything is explained to me before any treatment happens".
People told us that the practice was clean and tidy and that they had no concerns about hygiene. The staff told us that regular infection control checks ensured that hygiene and cleanliness was maintained in clinical areas.
By looking through the staff records we were able to see that appropriate checks were carried out before staff commenced employment.
People were able to provide regular feedback and we saw evidence of actions being implemented from this. We saw that there were regular audits and quality checks.
