During a routine inspection
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. We spoke with two people and they all told us they were more than happy with the care and treatment they received. One person told us, 'I am really comfortable here.' Another person said, 'Most of my family come here and we are all happy', and 'I am quite happy compared to my last dentist.'
People were treated in a clean, hygienic environment. The people we spoke with told us that they had no concerns with the hygiene. One person told us, 'I am quite impressed and it is always neat.'
People were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff. Appropriate checks had been undertaken before staff began work.
There were quality monitoring programmes in place, which included people giving feedback about their care and treatment. This provided a good overview of the quality of the service provided.
