During a routine inspection
We found that people were involved in their care and treatment decisions. Patients told us they were given good information about their care and treatment and everything was fully explained. They also said they were able to ask questions. One person said “They are very upfront about the cost of my treatment.”
We found that patients were being treated in a clean and well organised environment. The practice had procedures in place to ensure that the national standards for controlling infection were met. Patients told us that the practice environment and equipment was always clean.
Patients told us that they had confidence in their dentists and the nurses. We saw that staff had appropriate training and there was an effective system in place to monitor the quality of care.
