"I have been involved in my care plans and risk assessments and I am confident if I was not happy with them they would be reviewed.'
They also told us they were supported to access health and social care services when needed. Some comments made were;
'I attend routine medical appointments myself but the staff support me by attending my appointments with my psychiatrist. I find their support helpful.'
"They help me to arrange my holidays and other social activities which takes the pressures off me.'
All four people spoken with described the staff teams who supported them as polite and respectful. They told us they felt safe in their homes and were confident the staff who supported them promoted their safety and wellbeing. Some comments made were;
'I tell the staff what I need and they support me I meet with my key worker at least once a week but know if I need to see them sooner I just call into the office.'
'They respect me and they respect my home and the choices I make.'
The four people we spoke with told us they knew how to make their views known if they were not happy with the service.
