During a routine inspection
People who used the service told us they received good care. One person said 'the help is really good I can't fault it' and another told us 'it couldn't be better.'
We saw there were up to date care plans which contained assessments of needs and details of how each person wished for them to be met. People told us their consent was obtained for the support which was provided.
People were assisted to have their medicines as prescribed, if they were unable to do this themselves. Records of the assistance required and medicines administered were kept.
Staff were recruited following a robust recruitment procedure. Staff told us they were well trained and supported to do their jobs and we saw records of this.
There were systems in place to ensure the quality of the service provided was monitored on a regular basis. Procedures were in place where improvements had been identified as necessary.
