During a routine inspection
People had consented to the care and treatment they received. The issues had been explained to them and their consent was informed.
People were pleased with the quality of care that was provided, Comments made to us included,'absolutely brilliant', 'cannot fault them' and 'priceless'. We saw that people made good progress towards recovery with the help of the service.
There was cooperation between providers. People felt the providers worked well together.
There were proper checks before staff began work.There were systems in place to monitor the quality of care. There was a complaints system in place which people could easily access.
