During a routine inspection
We found there was good cooperation between Kent Enablement at Home and other providers. One person who used the service said, "I had excellent cooperation between my GP, the hospital and Kent Enablement at Home", another commented, "' amazing coordination of care, all the services really good in coordination".
We looked at staff recruitment records and saw that they contained the detailed information required by law.
There were systems and processes in place to monitor the quality of care. This included comparing Kent Enablement at Home in Tunbridge Wells with other similar services across the county.
There was a policy on complaints and a system in place to deal with them. When we spoke with people who used the service they did not have any complaints. They said that if they did have a complaint they thought the provider would listen to them.
