During a routine inspection

We spoke with eight people on the telephone and asked them about their experience of receiving a service from staff from this agency. Each person confirmed they received a good, reliable service. One person commented, "My carers always make sure I am comfortable and safe." Another person said, "I am very satisfied. They come when they say will. They never let me down."

We found the agency office was well organised, appropriately staffed and equipped, and we heard staff dealing with telephone enquiries in a helpful, friendly manner.
