Responsive
Responsive-This key question has been rated Good. This meant people's needs were met. People's support needs were clearly identified and guidance for staff was detailed and centred around people's individual needs and preferences. People's needs were regularly reviewed, and support was adjusted as required. People were supported to maintain relationships and follow their hobbies and interests.

Person-centred Care
The registered manager monitored how staff delivered care by direct observations and gathering feedback from people and their relatives. The registered manager told us about the systems they had in place which captured people’s individual needs and preferences.
People told us staff knew them well and supported them to make choices and decisions. One person’s relative said, “The staff are engaged, from cleaners to management. All are competent and polite.“

Providing Information
The registered manager had sought support from a translator, for a person who at times communicated in another language.
The registered manager told us how they assessed people’s needs regularly to ensure information was provided to them in their preferred format.
People and their relatives told us they were involved in planning their care. People also told us they felt staff listened to them.

People regularly had reviews of their care plans, people and their relatives had the opportunity to be involved in these reviews.
