During a routine inspection

We observed staff interacting with people in an open and friendly manner. We saw that a personalised approach was adopted to enable people's involvement in making decisions and choices. We saw that staff provided support and encouragement to help people be as independent as possible.

People who used the service told us that staff were, 'Great' and helped them with things like cleaning, cooking and budgeting.

People who used the service told us staff were, 'Kind and helpful.' Relatives told us that people 'Get a good social life that includes holidays at least once a year.'

A relative told us they were 'Always made to feel welcome' and included in reviews of support. Whilst another said they were, 'Kept informed' and that staff, 'Helped xxx along enormously.'

People who used the service told us staff were, "Friendly" and that they felt safe with them.

Relatives said they were, 'Very satisfied' with the service and were, 'Confident' the provider took concerns seriously.

We were told, 'Staff are very good and know what to do.' One relative told us their member of family was 'Always happy to return after visits home.'

We found people who used the service were supported to freely express their views and that regular audits were carried out, to enable the provider to monitor the quality of the service.

During a routine inspection

People told us that staff involved them and helped them with making choices and decisions about their support. People told us that staff helped them to be independent and helped them with things like cleaning their rooms and cooking.

One person said 'I like living here, staff are friendly' another told us that staff helped them to get a job.

People who used the service said staff were helpful and 'good' and that they supported them with meeting their needs.

People told us that they felt safe and that staff treated them well and were kind.

People who used the service said that staff listened to them and took their concerns or complaints seriously.
