During a routine inspection
A relative visiting on the day of our inspection told us, 'The carers are very caring. We are very pleased with the care here.'
We observed the care provided and saw that the staff were genuinely caring and demonstrated genuine affection for the people they were supporting. It was clear from our discussions with staff they enjoyed their work and wanted to do their best for people living there.
During our visit we reviewed the care records of three people who used the service. These included care plans which clearly identified the care and support provided to people to meet their assessed needs.
