During a routine inspection

We spoke to and observed the care for the one person who used the service and he appeared happy with the service provided by staff. We saw that staff responded to the needs of the individual promptly and politely. We saw that the person who used the service related well to staff.

We were not able to confirm that changes in his care had been discussed with him but saw that all changes had been discussed with professional medical staff and explained within the care plan.
