During a routine inspection
The home had in place person centred planning and approaches which reflected the individual needs of the people they supported. People said that wherever possible they were able to live a life of their choice.
People were provided with a choice of suitable and nutritious food and drink. We saw that there was a rota of menus and that these were amended according to the preferences of the people who used the service.
Staff received training and support to enable them to provide safe, needs led care to the people who lived in Shevington Court.
The home had systems in place to monitor and review the standards of care provided.
