During a routine inspection
The records we looked at were well completed and indicated an individual and person-centred approach to care. People had been given information and had been involved in agreeing their support plans and setting their goals.
People told us they had been treated with respect and courtesy and given the time they needed.
We found there were effective safeguarding procedures in place and that care was provided by trained, supervised and motivated staff.
There were systems in place to monitor the quality of the service provided and to learn from past experience in order to make service improvements.
