During a routine inspection
Patients felt that their privacy and dignity was respected by all staff who worked at the practice. There was appropriate time available for private consultation and time given to make decisions about treatments.
Patients told us that they were happy with their treatment and that the appointment system was flexible to meet their needs. One patient told us, 'They put you at ease as much as you can at a dentist.' They told us they felt reassured by the staff they met.
One person described the cleanliness of the practice as 'spotless'. Two people spoken with said that they had recommended the practice to friends.
Staff told us they felt well trained and supported. The staff files that we reviewed showed evidence of continuous professional development.
There were processes in place to review the quality of the service provided for patients. There were some audits of practice in place.
