During an inspection looking at part of the service
We looked at a sample of care records as well as records used to audit and monitor the quality of the service. We spoke with the manager and a member of staff at the home, observed interactions and spoke with people using the service.
We saw that care plans were up to date and guided and reflected good care. Staff told us they were receiving good support and guidance. We saw that quality monitoring was now taking place far more effectively than previously. A staff member told us they felt well supported. They said 'It's much better now.'
A person using the service told us 'Staff are really good and help me.'
