Our view of the service
Warberries Nursing Home provides accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care for up to 49 people. The service provides support to older people including people living with dementia. At the time of this assessment there were 38 people living at the service. We carried out an unannounced onsite visit on the 21 August and returned announced on the 27 August 2024. Our off-site assessment activity concluded 10 September 2024. We carried out this assessment to follow up on improvements we asked the provider to complete at their last inspection in November 2023. At this assessment we assessed a total of 21 quality statements from the safe, effective, and well led key questions and found that the service had improved and was no longer in breach of regulations. However, there was some further improvement needed in relation to the level of detail in care/monitoring records and medicines records. The scores for the quality statements we assessed have been combined with scores based on the key question ratings from the last inspection. The overall rating of this service has changed to good.
