During a routine inspection
Staff were supported and supervised and given the training they needed to provide a good quality service. Records were available and organised as well as accurate and up to date. This meant that people were protected from the risks of unsafe or inappropriate care and treatment.
People told us about various activities they took part including college courses. People were encouraged to be involved in the running of the service including taking part in the cooking and cleaning. People told us that they enjoyed taking part in the menu planning, food shopping and cooking. People maintained good health as the service worked closely with health and social care professionals.
The home was clean and hygienic which reduced the risks of infections.
