During a routine inspection
We spoke with the dentist, the dental nurse, the manager and his practice partner. The practice had been open to patients for just over a year. All staff were enthusiastic about the practice and about building the patient base. One said, 'It's so nice to be in a surgery where everything is new'.
We found that the practice was welcoming. People were offered choices about the care that they received and were cared for in a safe and clean environment. We observed staff interacting with people in a kind and cheerful manner. There were systems in place to assess and monitor the service.
