During a routine inspection
We found that members of staff had a good understanding of safeguarding procedures and knew the action they must take if any abuse was suspected.
Procedures and training for all members of staff was in place for the prevention and control of infection.
Although there had been no recent complaints people felt confident to make a complaint should the need arise. One person said, 'Staff would want to know if there were any problems so they could put things right.'
