25 April 2013
During a routine inspection
We spoke with five people who use the service and two relatives. These are some of the things they told us:
'My relative is quite happy with the service. The carers treat them in a respectful way and deliver the care and support they need. '
'I am really happy with the care and support that I get.'
'I have regular carers, who are all very good.'
'It is a reliable service, I am quite happy with it.'
'I couldn't wish for a better service.'
'I am very happy with the care my relative receives.'
We also looked at the results of six telephone monitoring checks. These were some of the checks staff had made during April 2013 to find out people's level of satisfaction with the service. These showed that people felt they were treated with respect and dignity and had a regular team of carers. Most people were satisfied with the service and had the opportunity to raise any issues they felt needed to be improved.
