During a routine inspection
Both people told they were involved with the initial assessment in the planning of their care and they could specify the type of carer they wanted. One person raised the issue; 'No one has contacted me about the quality of care.'
One person said; 'The carers know what I want. There's paperwork here and I can look at it.' Another person told us they did not have a care plan in place.
People we spoke with knew how to make a complaint. One person felt their complaint would be listened to. Another person was unsure as to whether their complaint would be listened to.
