During a routine inspection
The manager told us that they provided transparent information about the services they are able to provide and the associated costs: 'All our information is within our website; once people choose to make an appointment information is reviewed by our team to ensure that they are suitable for an assessment.'
We spoke to one person who had received treatment on the day of our inspection, they told us: 'I can't fault the advice, actually it was very good advice.'
The audiologists took us through a patient's journey and provided evidence of reports and information they provide to people following assessment and during treatment.
One person told us: 'From my first appointment, they were able to provide me with management techniques even before I started treatment. I live a distance from the clinic, but they make appointments that take this into account and they are always on the end of the phone.'
