During a routine inspection
One person we spoke with said they were fully involved in discussions about their move from the supported living complex.
Staff had received appropriate training and said they were encouraged to undertake further relevant courses. Staff said they enjoyed the training as it was classroom based and not just e-learning. Staff told us they worked as a team to deal with any situations that arose.
People we spoke with told us they were happy with the staff and were encouraged to be as independent as possible. They told us they chose their meals, shopped for the food and cooked it (with staff). One person told us they were going swimming. Another went to see their physiotherapist and returned to tell staff the exercises they had to complete.
