During a routine inspection
Two children who were attending for treatment said they felt safe whenever they had visited and that their parents always accompanied them into the treatment rooms. We saw there was information available to people in the waiting room about how and where to report a concern, or an allegation of abuse.
Cleanliness and infection prevention was well managed so that staff were competent to reduce all known risk of cross infection and people were safe from the risks and spread of healthcare related infections.
The premises were kept clean, were brightly lit and had been well maintained. Suitable fire safety precautions had been implemented to ensure the premises and people were safe form the risk of fire.
