During a routine inspection
.
One person told us that staff were good at their jobs. They said, ''Staff are friendly. I could not ask for better."
.
We spoke with the relatives of six people who used the service. They all told us that care was very good. One relative said; ''I cannot fault them in any way. They are first-class''.
People we spoke with thought care staff were caring. This was also the view of their relatives. The essential standards we inspected were met. We have asked the provider to extend staff training. We also asked the provider to ensure that all complaints are evidenced as followed up and the complaints procedure written in an easy read style so that it is more
understandable for people.
Staff made suggestions that they receive their rotas in good time so they are able to plan their domestic commitments and that they received more training on subjects such as mental health and welfare benefit applications for people.
