During a routine inspection
We saw that people or their representatives had been given accurate information about the fees they would have to pay. Records showed that people had been correctly charged for the care they had received.
People who used the service said that staff consulted with them about how they wanted to be supported. They also said that they received all of the support and care they needed.
We saw that the provider had measures in place to help safeguard people from abuse.
Staff had received training and they had the skills and knowledge they needed to meet people’s needs for assistance in the right way.
We saw that quality checks were completed to help ensure that people consistently received a good standard of service.
