During a routine inspection
We visited and spoke with two people in their homes. We spoke with two people's representatives, the acting manager and two care workers.
Two people we visited spoke highly of the service provided. Comments included, 'Amazing staff' and 'Most fantastic'. Representatives we spoke with about the service said, 'Excellent' and 'No faults'.
People's privacy, dignity and independence were respected. Their views were taken into account in the way the service was provided and delivered in relation to their care.
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. This was because staff knew how to meet people's care and support needs and these were assessed and planned for.
People who used the service were protected from the risk of harm because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent it from happening.
There was an effective system in place to regularly check and monitor the quality of the service people received.
