During a routine inspection
People using the service told us they were treated respectfully. People were provided with information about the treatments and care, and the costs. They also said they were given sufficient time to consider if they wished to proceed with surgery.
People said they felt the care, both before and after their operations, was thorough. We saw the clinic was well-organised, suitably equipped and clean.
Staff had received training about how to protect vulnerable adults and had policies and procedures in place to protect people and any visiting children.
People told us they were not kept waiting for their appointments and did not feel rushed. We saw that staff were available to welcome and support people.
People using the service told us they had been provided with written information about how to make a complaint. We saw complaints were dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
