During a routine inspection
Of the 12 people we spoke with, 11 said they did not have any concerns regarding the politeness or attitude of care staff and many people spoke very highly of staff. All 12 people said they thought care staff delivered good care and they did not have any concerns regarding the quality of care.
We found the provider carried out appropriate assessments of people's needs and kept detailed and personalised records of each person's care needs. This assisted staff deliver individualised care.
We found the provider had robust procedures in place to safeguard people from abuse.
We found the provider had suitable recruitment procedures in place which ensured staff were suitable for the role.
The provider had appropriate systems and processes in place to monitor the quality of its service.
