Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must within 14 days of this condition taking effect, conduct audits, to be completed on a monthly basis, in relation to the following:
a) Assessing monitoring and meeting service users’ individual health needs
b) Medicines management and administration
c) Service users’ care plans and risk assessments
d) Safety of recruitment processes including Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks

On the first Monday of every month thereafter, the Registered Provider must send to the Care Quality Commission a report outlining the outcomes of their monthly audits. This report must summarise audit findings, the improvement actions to be taken, who is responsible for these and time scales for completion.
