People had the opportunity to share their views on the care and support they received through regular meetings with people and staff. Staff supported people to access health professionals so they could manage their healthcare needs.

Equity in experiences and outcomes
People we spoke with did not raise any concerns in relation to being treated equally and fairly. Staff treated people as individuals and their views were sought and listened to.
Leaders and staff understood people had a right to be treated equally and fairly. They told us there had been no issues with accessing healthcare for people and worked closely with the local GP and other professionals.
People’s care records contained information about their individual health and communication needs. This ensured staff and other health and social care professionals had access to information about how people wanted to be supported.
