Staff had the necessary skills and competences to provide health screening and treatment to people safely. Staff received support to develop their skills and provide appropriate and safe care to people.
There were opportunities for people using the service to give feedback regarding their care and treatment. The registered person undertook regular checks and audits to ensure they were providing safe care and sought to make constant improvements. This meant the service was responsive and made the necessary changes to continually improve.
