During a routine inspection
People's care and treatment reflected relevant research and guidance. Comprehensive assessments were completed following which treatment options were offered to people treatment pathways. Outcome measures had been identified to measure the success of the treatments..
The provider had taken steps to provide care in an environment that was suitably designed and adequately maintained. The waiting area, consultation room and toilet facilities were accessible for all members of the public and were clean and tidy when we visited. Monthly audits were completed on the safety and suitability of the premises.
There were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs. Staff had the right knowledge to meet people's individual needs and had regular clinical supervision.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive. People who used the service were asked for their views about the quality of care and support being provided. A range of internal audits were carried out regularly to assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
