During a routine inspection
People who use the service, their representatives and staff were asked for their views about their care and treatment and they were acted on. The staff we spoke with told us that in the supported living unit there was an open and engaging environment where people could communicate their needs.
Staff said that they understood how to support each person, including strategies for managing any behaviour problems. They told us that they received the training and support that they needed to meet the needs of the people using the service.
