During a routine inspection

As part of this inspection we observed a group session at the service. The two people we spoke with after the session told us they were satisfied with the service they received. Anonymous, written feedback collected by the service included the following comments, "First and foremost I have recognised that change is a possible, achievable goal," and "I have changed from negative and defeated to positive and elated."

Staff were recruited and checked to ensure they were suitable to work with the people supported by the service. When employed staff received suitable support and development.
