During a routine inspection
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. One relative said of the agency 'they provide a great service.'
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening. People stated that if they had any concerns regarding the safety of their relative they would know how to seek help immediately.
There were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs. One relative told us 'the correct numbers of staff always turn up.'
People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
