During a routine inspection
Patients we spoke with told us they were happy with the care and support they received from this practice. One person we spoke with told us, 'It's easy to get an appointment and I am not kept waiting.' Another person said, 'The reception staff are great but it's not very confidential is it.' Another told us, 'The doctors do take time to explain things.'
We were able to observe the experiences of patients. We saw that staff treated patients with dignity and respect. We saw that patients had their care and treatment needs assessed and that treatment plans were in place.
We found that patient's health, safety and welfare was protected when more than one provider was involved in their care and treatment, or when they moved between different services.
We found that care was provided in an environment where patients, staff and other visitors were protected against the risks associated with unsafe premises.
There were effective systems to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that patients received.
