During a routine inspection
People told us they were happy with their care and treatment at the home, and one commented, "I feel well cared for."
People's needs were carefully assessed and individual care plans were in place to guide staff in meeting those needs. Their care was planned in a way that made sure they were kept safe from harm and protected them from unlawful discrimination.
Staff had been given appropriate training to meet people's needs, and were also given suitable support and supervision to carry pout their roles.
Systems were in place for asking the opinions of people supported by the service, and the opinions of family members, advocates and involved professionals. People told us they were listened to by staff, and would share any concerns they might have with staff.
