During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us the service they received was good and they were involved in the planning and review of their care. It was clear from discussions with people that they felt comfortable with the support provided to them. They told us staff built a good rapport with the people using the service and they believed staff to be well trained and able to meet their needs. The families of people that we spoke to told us staff supported their relative with their medication.
People we spoke to were able to confirm that care workers usually arrived at their agreed time and supported them as agreed in their care plans. Where there had been initial problems these had been resolved. We saw people and their relatives were in regular contact with the agency and their comments both good and bad were acted on. This meant people's opinions were listened to.
