During a routine inspection
People told us that they had choices in their treatment and staff always listened to their views. One person told us, 'The workers always listen to what I say'.
People told us they were happy with the treatment provided by staff. We saw that plans were in place and were individual to people's needs.
Staff were able to explain how they would deal with concerns of abuse and knew the procedures to follow to ensure people were protected from harm.
We saw that there staff received a comprehensive induction before they provided support to people. Staff we spoke with told us that they felt supported by the manager to carry out their role and they received regular formal supervisions.
We found that the provider had effective systems in place to monitor and assess the quality of the service people received.
