During a routine inspection
Staff told us that they were well trained and felt supported. However, the seven staff we spoke with said there were not enough people to cover the work. We discussed this with the manager who told us additional staff were being recruited. We also found that supervision and review meetings were not consistently recorded, although steps had been put in place to address this.
The provider had recently introduced a new electronic care record system. The care plans we reviewed were person centred, relevant and up to date; and staff were mostly positive about the new system. We also found the provider had a number of quality assurance systems in place.
